Well damn, it’s been a while. Sorry guys! My life has gone a little crazy over the last year. But now I’m back and will definitely make tumblr-ing a priority!
First off, I have gained about 15lbs back since last summer. So I recently joined a local gym and have gone three days this week already! Determined to get back down to where I was. I felt so much better about myself then.
So, for today’s intake and workout:
1 FiberOne bar: 120 cal
1 small cheeseburger (leftovers from grilling—-couldn’t resist!):~300 cal
Handful of tortilla chips and salsa: ~350 cal
1 small banana with peanut butter: ~200 cal
TOTAL: 970ish cal
-600 cal walking on inclined treadmill
-100 cal on stationary bike
-300 cal walking on inclined treadmill
TOTAL: -1000 cal
DAILY TOTAL: -30 cal!
I’ll take it. I ate way too much last night, so it evens itself out fairly well.
(On Tuesday I burned 800 cal and then yesterday 720. Not too shabby.)
