Well damn, it’s been a while. Sorry guys! My life has gone a little crazy over the last year. But now I’m back and will definitely make tumblr-ing a priority!

First off, I have gained about 15lbs back since last summer. So I recently joined a local gym and have gone three days this week already! Determined to get back down to where I was. I felt so much better about myself then.

So, for today’s intake and workout:

Intake:

1 FiberOne bar: 120 cal

1 small cheeseburger (leftovers from grilling—-couldn’t resist!):~300 cal

Handful of tortilla chips and salsa: ~350 cal

1 small banana with peanut butter: ~200 cal

TOTAL: 970ish cal

Workout:

-600 cal walking on inclined treadmill

-100 cal on stationary bike

-300 cal walking on inclined treadmill

TOTAL: -1000 cal

DAILY TOTAL: -30 cal!

I’ll take it. I ate way too much last night, so it evens itself out fairly well.

(On Tuesday I burned 800 cal and then yesterday 720. Not too shabby.)

Ok, I know it has been forever since I last posted, but here is my newest progress picture. The before is the same before I used on my last one, but the during picture was just taken today.

What I look forward to more than anything. Even with the small amount of weight that I have already lost, I catch myself daydreaming about this during class. I often have impromptu try on sessions at 2 am, just cause I’m so excited to fit into my clothes that I haven’t worn in years. It’s exhilarating!

It may not look like much, but I have lost 12lbs so far. I’m so proud of how far I have come, and these pictures really don’t do my weight loss justice. It looks sooo much more drastic in person. I’m so happy. :)
